Shipping & Returns

Cancellations :

  1. Cancellation of Order by the customer : You can cancel the placed Order before it is shipped out from our warehouse. Once the Shipment is out, it gets impossible for us to process the cancellation.
  2. Cancellation of Order by Styonal : Styonal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or is Out of stock. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

 

Shipping and Delivery :

Packing : We take utmost care to pack your orders so it reaches you in perfect condition. Hard copy of the invoice is sent along with the order. In case you order is being sent as a Gift and you do not require the hard copy, please mention the same while or after placing the order. However, please note soft copy of the Invoice will still be sent to your email address.

Handling Time : Once you place an order, we take 1-2 business days to pack and hand over your order to our courier partner.

Delivery Time : All orders are delivered within 3-5 working days depending upon the Delivery location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking : Email containing your package tracing information will be sent to you after shipment of the order.

Courier Partners : All our orders are dispatched through our trusted courier partners. We make sure your Order reaches you without getting damaged or lost during transit. We take full responsibility of the orders until it reaches the customer.

Shipping Charges : We provide Free Shipping on all Orders above Rs 499/- For Orders below Rs 499/- a nominal  amount of Rs 50/- is charged.

Cash on Delivery : We provide Free COD service for all Orders above Rs 499/- For Orders below Rs 499, a nominal amount of Rs 50/- is charged.

 

Returns :

We have 3 day Easy return Policy. Please read the following for initiating a return :

  1. Received Wrong/ Damaged Item : We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace or refund the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within 3 days of receiving the order. The customer can send the damaged item back for a replacement (depending upon the availability) or a refund. Please note complaints received after 3 days of receiving the order, shall not be entertained.

 

  1. Customer does not like complete or Partial Order : In case the customer receives an Order in perfect condition but does not like it, they can still return the complete order or partial order within 3 days of receiving the Order. In such a case, the following is mandatory :

– Returned Item is unused

– Returned item does not gets damaged during transit

– Is in the same condition as received with Tags etc.

Refund provided in such a case will be 100% of the product cost. Shipping charges collected during the order placement shall not be refunded. ALSO RETURN SHIPPING COST SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER ONLY. Requests received after 3 days shall not be entertained.

 

Refunds :

A refund can be initiated in the following circumstances :

  1. If the customer cancels the order before it is shipped out from our end.
  2. If the customer receives Wrong or damaged Item and does not wish to take a replacement. A full refund with shipping charges is reversed back to the customer.
  3. If the customer does not like their order and wish to return the same. Full refund except shipping charges is reversed back to the customer’s account.

Please note in case of COD orders, the customer is either offered a Voucher for redemption or cash is transferred into their bank account within 7 working days.
